We're Back!

As of Friday June 19th at 6 pm Anahata Yoga will be open at half capacity and we have a special Re-Opening Weekend line up of classes to celebrate!

Going forward all classes will only have 10 participants and will require pre-registration. Students can visit the “Book Now” section of the this site to sign up. Class schedule and descriptions are also listed. Appropriately socially distanced spaces will be drawn out on the floor so that everyone will know where to put their mats. The studio will not provide mats or props at this time. Each student will be responsible for bringing whatever equipment they will need to practice. Shoes are no longer allowed in the studio space and will have to be removed in the front room. Please try to limit the amount of outside items that are brought into the space. For example it would be ideal for the students to only bring their mats, props and themselves. The floor and all communal high touch areas will be cleaned appropriately between each class. Masks will only need to be worn while entering and exiting the studio. Hands on adjustments will not be offered to help limit physical contact. If you are feeling ill please stay home. We will be here when you are feeling better! We are beyond excited to welcome everyone back into the studio! 💚
