Mandala Flow - 5:15 PM
Self care meets self dare!
Service Description
In Sanskrit, Mandala means circle. It is a symbol of wholeness. We will travel 360 degrees around the mat with a repetitive sequence of familiar poses. Though the sequence repeats itself, parts of it will be challenging which will make us pay attention to what we are doing. This attention to the physical task at hand allows us to stop the chatter in the brain. When we practice a Mandala flow we strive to bring the body, brain and breath together as a whole. This class is recommended for people that have a basic knowledge of Yoga poses and sequencing because the pace is a little quicker but, do not let that discourage you if you are new to Yoga and curious and are up for an adventure! This class is designed for an intermediate level. Some experience is encouraged but not required. Self care meets self dare!
